that the scatterplot in A is the same as the one in
B. A new Fig. 2, including the correct Fig. 2A, is shown below. The new scatterplot does not influence any of the
results or conclusions of the study. All Bland-Altman limits of
agreement and all discussions of Fig. 2A in the text are
correct.
