A Bubble Method for Estimation of Pco2 and Po2 in Whole Blood

A detailed description is presented of a bubble equilibration method for determination of carbon dioxide and oxygen tensions in blood. This modification represents an attempt to adopt the best features of previously published methods with special emphasis on speed, simplicity and standardization of technique.
