A method for determining O2 and CO2 in 50 cu mm of gas is described. With the exception of the Scholander-Roughton syringe, the apparatus is made up of standard glassware. Standard deviation of the error of the method, as checked against accepted analyzers, is 0.1%. The method is indicated in cases where not enough gas is available for analysis by the usual methods.
